Leeds lad Dave’s 1970 Chevy Nova runs a 500ci all-iron engine that dyno’d a peak horsepower figure of 664 at 6400 rpm with 631 lb/ft torque at 3600 rpm. The TH400 gearbox has 3400 stall torque converter and transbrake, 4:10 rear axle ratio. For improved traction, the lower leaf springs have been removed and ladder bars added with adjustable coilovers. The new blue paint was applied by Dave and Scott Billadeau.

Foxy Davie’s car weighs 3106lbs without driver about 3300lbs with driver and fuel. Best time is 10.258 at 133mph with the previous 4:33 rear axle ratio.
