Steve Chapman
Dodge Coronet
Steve's '66 Coronet came via Dave Billadeau, primered with the 440ci motor from Bri Wood's black Charger. The Coronet is fitted out with a B&M shifter, Jaz buckets, Autometer guages, battery relocated to boot, fuel cell and frame connectors.
"Shiny doesn't bother me," says Steve, "I just enjoy driving it," but he still manged to get paint on and the car looks great.
"Best time so far is 14.60, hoping to improve on that, traction currently lets the car down, as it doesn't have a Suregrip -yet!" Not sure if the Suregrip is in yet Steve, perhaps ya can
We were watching out for SS329 going faster before getting the paint, but we spied a blue Coronent recently, did you get some paint fitted Steve? Is this your car? Please get in touch and tell us your progress.
